Plat Review Application

A Plat Review request is used to combine lots or acreage, remove or add easements, create conservation zones, and generally allow owners to make superficial changes to existing property. There is a non refundable charge for the examination and approval\disapproval of every plat by the subdivision committee. Kilmarnock Town Code Sec. 3 8-1—Sec. 38-112
