Town Hall is open from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Facial coverings and temperature screenings are required for entry. For tax and utility bills, residents are encouraged to use the payment drop box located on W Church St, calling 804-435-1552 or online at www.kilmarnockva.com.

It’s the most wonderful time of year at Kilmarnock Town Centre Park. Come to the park and enjoy various activities to put a smile on the young and young at hearts faces.

Countdown to Christmas

Join in the fun! It’s the countdown to Christmas with the annual community tree lighting. Caroling will be provided by Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church of Weems followed by a special guest. Who will stop by to greet the merrymakers before he quickly heads back to the North Pole. This is a FREE event for the community.

DUE TO COVID-19 NO PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE ALLOWED WITH SANTA.

All CDC guidelines will be followed and all guests must be masked.

Storytime with Santa

Mom, Dad and kids- come dressed in your pajamas and begin a new holiday tradition.

Storytime with Santa will allow families to come to the park, do a small guided Christmas light tour, listen to a story from the big guy and take home some goodies from NN Burger and NN Popcorn as you exit the park.
There is NO photo opportunities with Santa and due to COVID-19 all CDC guidelines will be followed.
This is a ticketed event and tickets will go on sale NOV 2nd, 2020. Children under the age of 10 are $5 and adults are $10.

Santa is coming to Town! 

Welcome Santa to Lancaster County by waving in the Holiday Season!
On Friday Dec. 11th starting in Kilmarnock at 7pm. He will start in Kilmarnock, next stop is Irvington followed by White Stone. Please see attached link for route.
Come out and wave to Santa as he parades through Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone in style. Families are encouraged to come out and welcome Santa to Lancaster County. Your family can sit in the car or stand outside while Santa passes by with our local Fire, Police and EMS.
Santa will NOT stop and this is just a drive thru activity for Santa. Please follow CDC rules and practice social distancing.

Fun for all ages! Stroll through the park and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season. Enjoy special activities and holiday goodies. And don’t forget the camera! There’s so much to see.
