This is a notice of a Special Called Meeting of the Kilmarnock Town Council as called by Mayor Shawn Donahue pursuant to Virginia Code 15.2-1418 and Town Charter section 22 for June 9, 2025 @ 4:00 PM at Town Hall to address the following matter:

2. Roll Call
3. Closed Session as allowed by FOIA 2.2-3711(A) Para (8) for  Consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by a public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
4. Return to meeting.
