A public hearing will be conducted by the Kilmarnock Town Council on April 20, 2026 at 6 PM in the
Kilmarnock Town Hall, 1 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock, VA 22482. The purpose of this hearing is to
adopt amended regulations pertaining to Town Code Ch. 34-11, Spontaneous Events.
